Joy of Scrolls Small Oval Labels

This shape was designed to be used as an envelope seal, and also works well for other small applications such as an accent label (adding a date on canning jars, indicating different flavors, etc), or as the main label on very small jars and boxes.
This style is all about the lettering. A joyous font, all swirls and swashes, in bright, light, joyful colors. The background is textured generously like sandstone or a thick handmade paper; it appears mostly along the edges, fading out in the center to highlight and illuminate the text. The main font, a textured serif inline, follows a curve, and allows you to use the full name of each person - first names in very large type, last names below along a similar curve. Scrolls and flourishes abound in this joyous style, and the warm, papery texture that comes and goes in the background adds a comfortable, warm, sumptuous feel.
