This shape was designed for quart canning jars and wine bottles, and also works well on wine boxes, large tin tie bags, large favor boxes, etc. It is slightly short as a wine label, so will work on bottles that are a little shorter than standard.
A classic style designed to appear like handmade manuscript or vellum, set in the center of the design with a solid, deep colored border. The shaded edges of the manuscript gives depth and dimension to this style. Rustic colors such as deep blue, terra cotta, and deep green, among others, lend even more depth and strength. Many items in this style are crowned with a small piece of woodblock art with a country scene of a stone cottage, trees, hills, and a babbling brook. The very distinctive font has a rustic hand-lettered calligraphic look, and uses extravagant swashes on many of the final letters.
